Booking process

In order to start, you must first go on the website, where you will enter your desired travelling destination, date of your stay as well as the number of people who will stay in the object (you can name the number of adults and children). Additional search filters enable you to search for objects according to their location, number of rooms, prices, available parking, internet access, available baby equipment (cribs) and much more.

The list of objects shows all the objects available on the mentioned dates and can be reserved instantly. In order to see details of every object, equipment, conditions on renting, exact location, etc., simply click on the name of the object and you will receive more information.

After you have chosen an object and filled in your contact information, you will be able to pay for your reservation and automatically receive a confirmation email on your reservation and all details of the object.
Infants between 0 and 2 (at the time of the stay) receive a free stay and are not included in the guest list. Children between the ages of 2 and 12 are included in the guest list of the reservation. Our system allows you to mention the number adults and children because in certain apartments or hotels children are eligible for lower prices.

Check-in and check-out information
This information can be found under "House rules" inside every object. Some owners allow for the possibility to arrive (check-in) before or leave (check-out) after the agreed time. If this possibility is not noted in the information section, you may directly ask the owner as soon as you make the reservation and receive the contact information, which you will receive in the confirmation email.

Also, there is an icon in the information section which shows whether there is parking available. However, if you need more information, contact the owner. You will get the owner’s contact information in a confirmation email after you have made the reservation.

You may write or call them and he/she will be able to provide you with information on the closest parking or provide you with all other necessary information.
It may happen that we do not have any free objects in the desired area, dates and number of people at the time you request. Also, it may happen that:
The minimum stay which the owner has stated in the conditions is below what you have requested.
The stay which you have indicated is too long for any available object. In this case, you may redo the search for a shorter stay and find an object which you can combine with another object until the end of your stay.

The stay which you have indicated exceeds the capacity of people of the single object. In this case, you can redo the search for a smaller number of people and it is possible to find more objects and your group can be divided.

If you open, you can find the confirmation of your reservation and print it in our section for clients, as well as review the characteristics of the object you have reserved.

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation: In this case look at our terms and deadlines. Here you will find our rules on cancelations and no-shows, our policy on refunds and exchanges. With all this information, fill in or create a account and you will be able to modify or simply cancel your reservation.

All objects go through a quality control process and our goal is that all information showed on our site is 100% precise and true.
However, if you find any damages or irregularity upon arrival (the object does not offer the standards and equipment which are showed on you must notify us – write to our customer service ( within 24 hours upon arrival. This way we can investigate the problem and take appropriate measures. We suggest that you carefully read our rules on refunding.

Any other type of claim connected to the reserved object (for example complaints on the area in which the object is located (Google Maps)) or information found on the site, will not be accepted by us.
